While we are home engaging in virtual learning, there is a wonderful resource for you and your child called The Character Tree.  This site teaches children about the importance of healthy character development.  It is engaging, fun, and educational.  I encourage children to go to the website for themselves to learn about such positive role models as Jane Goodall, Rosa Parks, Mr. Rogers, and others:

For parents who receive television cable services through Comcast/Xfinity, there are some invaluable educational videos at your disposal.  Simply speak into your remote controller the word Education.  Educational OnDemand programs and videos for students in grades K-8 will appear.
